Job Title: Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £75,000 – £110,000 (including additional company benefits)

Due to predicted growth and a steady pipeline of work, I’m currently seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor on a high-rise Commercial fit out on the border of North Central London for a market leading M&E contractor. The company in question usually provides their services to a wide range of sectors such as the banking, residential, heritage, pharmaceutical, critical services and more. Responsibilities
- The preparation, submission and agreement of Interim Applications and Final Accounts
- Liaise with the Contracts Managers in the procurement of Sub-Contractor packages and the preparation of the Sub-Contract documents
- Supporting the monitoring of the progress of the Works
- The preparation and submission of contractual notices and / or correspondence to both the Client and Sub-Contractors
- Preparation of cash flows, monthly cost reports and analysis of budgets
- Attend monthly commercial meetings to provide update on any ongoing contract specific negotiations and overall job performance.
- Compile monthly progress reports for both the Contracts team & Commercial Manager.
- preparing material and subcontractor procurement, valuation of works and financial reporting.
- Liaising, negotiating, and relationship building with clients and consultants on an on-going basis
- Be responsible for securing the successful financial delivery of projects by controlling costs, progressing monthly valuations, and managing variations and change orders.
- Liaising with contracts, estimating and pre-construction teams to obtain full understanding of each project scope.
