Job Title: Senior Mechanical Estimator
Salary: £80,000 basic salary (Including additional company benefits)

I am working in conjunction with a leading mechanical & electrical services contractor who have a strong presence across London & South East. The business has a developed a successful track record, delivering a complete project delivery across the commercial, residential, healthcare, critical services & hotel/ leisure industry. My client offers a full M&E solution, delivering both single discipline/ multi discipline projects at equal strength. Due to consistent growth, the business requires a Senior Mechanical Estimator to join the pre-construction/ estimation division. Working from head office, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to further progress their career.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Ensure tenders are prepared to a high standard
- Obtain competitive & accurate quotations from supply chain
- Working individually & as part of the estimating team
- Liaising with different business units (including design, pre-construction & operations)
- Maintain and develop relationships with design consultants, main contractors & clients.

- A highly competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record)
