Job Title: Senior Mechanical Estimator
Salary: £90,000 – £100,000 basic salary

Company Description
An industry leading mechanical & electrical building services specialist are currently recruiting a Senior Mechanical Estimator. The business provides flagship M&E design and installation services to the commercial new build, fit out/ refurbishment, healthcare, data centre & education sectors. Following an unprecedented period of growth, they are now seeking a Senior Mechanical Estimator to join a fast paced and well-structured estimating team.
Working between head office and home, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to further progress their career while working within a family orientated and progressive environment.
Responsibilities, Skills & Experience
- Ensure tenders are prepared to a high standard.
- Obtain competitive & accurate quotations from supply chain.
- Working individually & as part of the estimating team.
- Liaising with different business units (including design, pre-construction & operations)
- Maintain and develop relationships with design consultants, main contractors & clients.

- A highly competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record)
