Job Title: Senior Mechanical Project Engineer
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 (including additional company benefits)

I’m currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer for an industry dominating principal contractor for their upcoming landmark project in Central London. They are looking for a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer who embraces challenge and wants to work on some of the most ground-breaking designs being put to reality in recent years. They are developing their Mechanical & Electrical team for the construction of their flagship commercial design & build in the heart of London that will set the standard of construction for years to come.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Analysing and approving various construction and engineering plans.
- Liaising with another engineer team to ensure overall client satisfaction.
- Liaising routinely with the client, sub-contractors, and architects.
- Assist the Quantity Surveyor with Mechanical variations.
- Support Project Manager with mechanical establishment and closeout Diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment.
- Ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met Completing electrical components and projects and writing up reports.
- Managing and monitoring all assigned mechanical projects on a weekly basis.
- Procuring and managing all mechanical packages and materials.
- Strong Pre-construction experience in the PCSA stage.
- Ensuring health & safety is always adhered to a high standard.
- Coordinating Sub-contractors & specialist Sub-contractors.
- Attend and participate in design, consultant, team, and client meetings.
- Ensuring that the project has been delivered within correct time constraints and budgets.
- Being able to work closely with the electrical team to ensure perfect collaboration or M&E packages
