A once in a year opportunity has arisen with one of GH Engage’s Tier One client for a high tech commercial design & build in Central London. They are looking for a senior Mechanical Project Engineer due to a healthy and progressive pipeline for their London Projects. As this scheme is such a priority for them, they are looking for an established Mechanical Engineer who has seen landmark projects through to completion from either a M&E or Principal contracting background.

Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Analysing and approving various construction and engineering plans.
- Liaising with another engineer team to ensure overall client satisfaction.
- Liaising routinely with the client, sub-contractors, and architects.
- Assist the Quantity Surveyor with Mechanical variations.
- Support Project Manager with mechanical establishment and closeout Diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment.
- Ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met Completing mechanical components and projects and writing up reports.
- Managing and monitoring all assigned mechanical projects on a weekly basis.
- Procuring and managing all mechanical packages and materials.
- Strong Pre-construction experience in the PCSA stage.
- Ensuring health & safety is always adhered to a high standard.
- Coordinating Sub-contractors & specialist Sub-contractors.
- Attend and participate in design, consultant, team and client meetings.
- Ensuring that the project has been delivered within correct time constraints and budgets.
