Job Title: Senior Mechanical Project Manager

Position Overview: They are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join our their team in Greater London. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career progression, with the potential to advance to the position of Mechanical Contracts Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and site staff.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and health & safety guidelines.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in the M&E sector, preferably with exposure to commercial office, data centre, pharmaceutical/life sciences, hotel & leisure, and residential projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
