Job Title: Senior MEP Estimator
Salary: £100,000 – £110,000 basic salary

Company Description
My client is multi-disciplined design and installation services contractor, located in the City of London. The business predominantly operates across the commercial shell & core/ fit out, hotel, leisure & data centre markets. Typically, projects are located within London and surrounding areas, whilst projects are valued between £10 million – £50 million.
Due to an extremely healthy project orderbook, the business now has a requirement for a Senior MEP Estimator. This career opportunity is a fantastic role for a dynamic and self-motivated Senior Electrical/ Mechanical Estimator, to join a forward-thinking organisation offering long term career growth and prospects.
Responsibilities, Skills & Experience
- Tendering mechanical, electrical & public health works across the commercial, residential, healthcare, data centre and infrastructure sectors.
- Work closely in accordance with an Estimating Director, reviewing MEP tenders ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and maintain pre-tender processes, including take offs and obtaining quotations.
- Engage and enhance relationships with clients and supply chain.
- Ensure the delivery of mechanical & electrical tenders are on time and to a high standard.
- Liaise with different business units (including design, pre-construction & operations).
