Job Title: Senior MEP Manager
Salary: £80,000 – 100,000 (including additional company benefits)
Location: East-Central London

A leading Contractor is on the search for a career focused Senior MEP Manager to become a vital member of their team for the foreseeable future. My client provides their services across a wide number of sectors from healthcare/pharmaceuticals to commercial and residential projects with ranging project values from £25-£80 million MEP. This is a great opportunity for a MEP Manager to take a leap in their career and become a crucial part of the business.
Responsiblities
- Take charge in the initial full MEP design & pre-construction phases.
- Ensuring correct commissioning practices
- Asses the design requirements and specifications to confirm all MEP trade packages.
- Review subcontractor submissions, prior to selection.
- Monitor the construction teams overseeing the mechanical & Electrical building services installations.
- Monitor MEP progress and processes against programme. Compare the MEP Processes against the current programme.
- Attend weekly design and progress meetings with relevant team members.
- Assist & manage final project handover, while also familiarising clients with MEP systems to ensure satisfied customers.
