Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 basic salary plus car allowance and additional company benefits

Due to an extremely healthy incoming project pipeline, the business now has a requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. This job opening is a fantastic opportunity for a career-driven Surveyor, seeking career progression and the opportunity to manage flagship projects while adopting key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Reporting to the Managing Surveyor informing of progress with both clients and sub-contract through to finalisation.
- To make sure that all notices/payments are effected in line with the Sub-Contract and Construction Act, and to make sure that any commercial threats [to projects] are identified and communicated to the Managing Surveyor
- To effectively maintain commercial control of designated projects and developments, including provision of timely and accurate documentation
- Maintain effective cash management strategies, including timely applications/certifications/invoices/internal notices and receipts
- Effectively form, develop, and maintain relationships with clients, PQS and design teams
