Senior Refrigeration / HVAC Engineer/Manager | Mayfair, London | £45K – £65K dependant on experience

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Engineer or experienced Manager to work directly for an extremely exclusive hospitality corporation in the heart of Mayfair. This is a mechanically biased role over-seeing HVAC maintenance of the properties. Being hospitality environments, all properties have extremely large, complex refrigeration systems so refrigeration experience is essential. This role will involve both hands on duties and full management of sub-contractors/ service providers across the refrigeration/HVAC systems.
Salary negotiable dependant on person / experience.
Open to both hands-on engineers looking for their next step and managers looking for a role client side opposed to service providers.
Duties:
- Management of sub-contractors / service providers across refrigeration / HVAC equipment.
- On-site compliance, logbooks, health and safety, issuing permits etc.
- Hands on maintenance of refrigeration / HVAC equipment.
- Reporting into the Head of Property.
Requirements:
- Experience within commercial refrigeration.
- Experience of managing sub-contractors.
- Experience with relevant paperwork – log books, compliance, permits etc.
- Knowledge of all round HVAC equipment
- Happy to also be hands on when required.
- Able to commute to Mayfair daily.
