GH Engage are currently looking for an Electrical or Mechanical biased Shift Engineer to work at a flagship building in the heart of the City. You will be joining a large, established team of engineers working on the landlord areas of the building.
It is essential that you are from an Building Services background, ideally qualified to C&G NVQ Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical.

Duties & Responsibilities
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- Electrical Fault-Finding
- Generators
- Emergency Lights
- Circuits
- Sockets
- BMS Operation
- AHUs/FCUs
- Pumps & Motors
- Pressurisation Units
- Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, etc).
- UPS systems
- Distribution Boards
- Basic Plumbing/Fabric works when required
Qualifications & Experience
- Electrical or Mechanical Apprenticeship
- City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- 18th Edition
- Experience working within a commercial setting
- Client facing
