GH Engage are currently recruiting for a Shift Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance in a successful commercial contract based in Liverpool Street. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Hours of Work & Package Information
- Up to £50,000 per annum
- £2500 AP Allowance
- Continental Shift Pattern
- Overtime available
- No call-out rota
- Excellent training & progression

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Electrical PPMs and Reactive Maintnenance
- Lighting
- Emergency Light Tests
- Testing & Inspection
- Small Electrical Installations
- Lamp & Ballast Changes
- Plant Room Maintenance
- Maintain and update Log books
Requirements
- Electrically Qualified – City & Guilds Level 3
- 2391 Testing & Inspection
- City & Guilds – 18th Edition
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
