Are you an experienced electrically biased Shift Leader looking to work at one of London’s most recognisable critical commercial office buildings?
GH Engage are recruiting for a an electrical Shift Leader to deliver high-level commercial maintenance within a flagship, business-critical office environment in the City of London.
This is a long-term opportunity, with over 4 years remaining on the contract and the building leased until 2035 – offering genuine stability and career progression.
You will join a team of Shift Engineers, reporting into an Engineering Manager, supported by a dedicated day team.
The Role:
- Continental Shift Pattern – Days & Nights
- Shift teams of 2 Engineers
- Electrical bias essential
- HV experience desirable (training provided for the right candidate)
- Delivering PPM and reactive maintenance across a critical commercial office building
- Supporting project works including replacement of pumps, generators, AHUs and associated plant
- Ensuring full compliance, safe systems of work and permit control
- Maintaining strong client engagement within a high-profile corporate environment
Package:
- £55,000 salary
- Continental Shift Pattern (Days & Nights)
- 22 Shift Days Annual Leave
- Minimum of 22 days overtime available

Requirements:
- City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation or Engineering
- Strong background in commercial building maintenance
- HV experience preferred (or willingness to undertake HV training)
- Experience within critical or high-profile commercial environments
- Strong leadership and decision-making capability
