Shift Leader – Building Maintenance

My client is seeking a Shift Leader with experience in hospitals, for a commercial site in NW London. The shift is four-on-four-off days and nights. Experience in a healthcare environment would be beneficial.

You will be working for a leading facility and building maintenance service provider in the City of London. They are an established company with an impressive portfolio of clients across the healthcare, commercial and government sectors. Having recently won some new contracts across London, they are now in the process of growing their team to account for their success.

Accountabilities:

  • You will be expected to lead the planned and reactive maintenance of equipment not limited to; Single & three-phase power, CRAC units, lighting, HVAC, pumps, motors, air conditioning, BMS operation.
  • Being second-in-command on your shift, you will be expected to undertake some supervisory duties such as tool-box-talks, distribution of work, and so on.

Experience and Requirements

  • Experience within a healthcare/hospital environment is preffered.
  • Relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications.
  • Experience in a lead engineer/shift leader position is beneficial.

This job will pay a salary of up to £44,000.
