Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Perform planned and reactive maintenance on building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical)

Ensure high operational standards across all technical services

Identify and resolve faults efficiently to keep systems running smoothly

Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and service agreements

Provide technical support and collaborate with on-site teams
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Building Services Engineer (electrical or mechanical bias)

Minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant electrical or mechanical discipline (Essential)

Strong working knowledge of building systems, HVAC, and compliance protocols

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
