My client, a market leading Housebuilder are currently on the lookout for a Site Manager on a permanent basis, this role will be based on projects around the Norwich area, on a traditional Build scheme initially.
This is a traditional build scheme with a unit size circa 250, therefore the ideal candidate will have solid experience on traditional builds from 1st fix through to final handover. My client wanted me to highlight that this role comes with great career progression with a clear path through to Senior site manager in the near future.
Responbilities
* Day to day management of the site
* Managing and implementing health & safety procedures
* Delivery of all aspects of production in accordance with technical and planning documentation
* Fully conform to building regulations
* Ensure that adequate site records are maintained
* Thoroughly inspect and ensure any remedial work is completed in advance of key stage inspections
Salary
£55,000 – £65,000 plus package
