Location: Barbican, London
Salary: Up to £49,000 Basic Salary

About the Role:
Are you an experienced lead engineer ready for a new challenge? Join an established Client Side company and take your career to the next level!

We are seeking a qualified electrical engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial environments. This role is 60 percent hands off & 40 percent hands on but still requires the candidate to be technically strong.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
  • Ability to conduct RAMS & logbooks up to date
  • Computer literate
  • Client facing skills to communicate with the client
  • Technical knowledge in Facilities Maintenance

Package & Benefits:

  • Competitive basic salary of up to £49,000
  • Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • Overtime Available
  • 25 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays (Goes up to 28 days)

Requirements:

  • Level 3 & 17th Edition Electrical Qualifications (minimum).
  • Previous experience as a time-served lead or supervisor.
  • 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environment.
  • Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical building services technical qualification.
  • Paying up to £49,000 P/A, progression & other company related benefits.
