A large part of their business is to deliver M&E maintenance contracts to static corporate sites within the City of London and the surrounding areas, including commercial offices, retail, and high-end residential sites.
Job
A Site Supervisor (facilities management and building maintenance) is required on a trophy site in the City of London for a Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm role. You will deliver a maintenance contract to a static site consisting of multiple buildings; commercial, retail, and high-end residential. You will oversee two M&E Engineers and report directly to the Contract Manager.
Accountabilities:
- Supervise the team of Maintenance Technicians, ensuring that standards and targets are achieved.
- Plan, schedule and agree daily/weekly workloads with the Contract Manager.
- Ensure the team and contractors comply with all SHEQ policies and procedures.
- Supervise all planned and reactive maintenance activities.
- Carry out hands on M&E / Fabric maintenance across the client portfolio as and when required (Working / Hands on supervisor role).
Experience and Requirements
- City and Guilds qualified – Electrical Engineer
- 17th or 18th edition
- IOSH – desirable
- Substantial experience working within M&E building maintenance.
- Demonstrate experience & understanding of current Health & Safety.
- Experience in Supervisory role
- Good Customer relationship skills.
- Commercial and financial awareness in a client environment.
