A Site Supervisor (facilities management and building maintenance) is required to deliver planned and reactive maintenance to a Hospital in Northwest London.
This is a busy site in the City of London for a Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm role. This is a well-established contract, and our client has a long-standing relationship with the landlord company.

Our client is an international facilities management and building services company that operates across the built environment to deliver maintenance contracts, soft services and project works to a large variety of clients, from blue chip financial corporations to local governments, healthcare sites and more. A large part of their business is to deliver M&E maintenance contracts to hospitals within the City of London and the surrounding areas.
Accountabilities:
- Supervise contractors on-site, ensuring that standards and targets are achieved.
- Supervise a team of 8 shift engineers.
- Deliver weekly PPM’s and reactive maintenance in line with SLAs and KPIs.
- Ensure contractors comply with all SHEQ policies and procedures.
- Carry out hands-on M&E / Fabric maintenance across the client portfolio as and when required (Working / Hands-on supervisor role).
- Act as point of contact for the client; resolving all issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
Experience and Requirements
- Electrically or mechanically qualified (C&G Level 2 or higher).
- Substantial experience working within M&E building maintenance.
- Demonstrate experience & understanding of current Health & Safety.
- Experience in Supervisory/Lead Engineer role.
- Good Customer relationship skills.
- Commercial and financial awareness in a client environment.
