A Small Works Manager is required to oversee facilities projects ranging from £30,000 to £100,000 in value for a London-based facilities and building services company.
Projects will consist of building fabric refurbishments, fire door replacements, and small M&E projects such as upgrades and installations.

You will be joining a small to medium-sized facilities and building services company, based in London that operates throughout the country.
They boast a wide variety of clients throughout multiple sectors, including commercial, media, industrial, technology and more.
Accountabilities:
- Responsibility for small projects up to approximately £100,000 in value.
- Managing and coordinating teams of engineers and technicians across multiple projects.
- Client management: managing expectations, communicating clearly to ensure smooth completion in accordance with SLAs.
- Spotting opportunities for increased profitability & extra works.
Experience and Requirements
- Technical experience/qualifications in a mechanical/electrical/building fabric discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience.
- Prince 2 qualification preferred but not necessary.
