Small Works Project Manager

A well-established and respected Facilities Services Company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead small works projects through to completion.

This may include things such as fire door replacements, full refurbishment of building fabric, or minor M&E projects of up to £100,000.

Based in London, this is a Monday to Friday role, from 8am till 5pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessing and discussing the project requirements of their clients, including timelines, resources, and costs with the client.
  • Drawing up plans for the different stages of the project to ensure the overall project timelines and costs are adhered to.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and contractors and continuously monitoring quality, costs, and progress.
  • Communicating and reporting to senior management and the client to ensure they are meeting their goals.
  • Using specialised software to cost, plan and analyse the project’s risks.

Experience and Requirements

  • Electrical or Mechanical qualifications; C&G / NVQ etc
  • 3 years of management experience
  • Experience in building services maintenance
  • Well-presented and confident in client-facing responsibilities.
