Small Works Project Manager
A well-established and respected Facilities Services Company is looking for an experienced Project Manager. This organisation is looking for an immediate starter with a view of going permanent in two to three months.
You will be technically experienced, and confident to lead small works projects through to completion, which may include things such as fire door replacements, or full refurbishment projects of up to £100,000.
Based in London, this is a Monday to Friday role, from 8am till 5pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing the project requirements of their clients
- Discussing the timelines, resources, and costs with the client
- Drawing up plans for the different stages of the project to ensure the overall project timelines and costs are adhered to
- Negotiating with suppliers and contractors
- Choosing and leading a project team
- Continuously monitoring quality, costs, and progress
- Communicating and reporting to senior management and the client to ensure they are meeting their goals
- Using specialised software to cost, plan and analyse the project’s risks
Experience and Requirements
- Electrical or Mechanical qualifications; C&G / NVQ etc
- 3 years of management experience
- Experience in building services maintenance
- Well-presented and confident in client-facing responsibilities.
