Design Engineer will be expected to undertake site surveys of existing installations/layouts, design sprinkler system alterations/extensions, undertake site inspections of installed work and compile accurate as fitted record drawings in accordance with our installation team.
Design Engineer will be expected to work in accordance with our internal Quality Management System Processes, and assist in ensuring the full design process meets these requirements.
Design Engineer should have a good understanding of the LPC Rules for Automatic Sprinkler Installations Incorporating BS:EN:12845 and all associated technical bulletins. Design Engineer should be competent in AutoCAD (2d required only).
Minimum Requirements:
- Good understanding of the LPC Rules for Automatic Sprinkler Installations Incorporating BS:EN:12845 and all associated technical bulletins.
- LPCB Basic Design Competency
- Fluent in AutoCAD
- Good attitude to work and a willingness to assist team members wherever possible
