This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced AC Maintenance Engineer to join a market leading building services provider within a team of experienced Maintenance Engineers, delivering building maintenance on a fantastic site in South East London.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Air conditioning – Service/maintenance
- Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV’s and VRF’s AHU’s, FCU’s, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
- Pressure leak test
- AHU and FCU maintenance
- Compressor changes
- Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
- Extensive building services knowledge
- Update contract managers with relevant client or site information.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant HVAC qualification (i.e. City and Guilds)
- Experience working within a client-facing environment.
- Proven trade experience
