Electrical Maintenance Engineer – City of London – Up to £45,000 per annum

My client is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a flagship static site in Central London. The successful candidate will ideally be multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. The ideal candidate will ideally have a desire to progress within the ranks whilst working as part of a close-knit engineering team. The company are offering a competitive salary, further training, overtime, and the chance to work at this prestigious site.
Duties:
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Carry out various aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Manage Subcontractors
- Client facing
- Maintain and update Log books
Hours of Work & Salary
- Up to £45,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday (40-hour week)
- 08:00 – 17:00
- On call rota
Requirements
- Electrically qualified
- C&G / NVQ Level 2&3 – Essential
- C&G 17th Edition or 18th Edition
- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
