Technical Lead EMEA
Critical Building Maintenance – Subject Matter Expert – Europe/Middle East/Africa – £62,000 – WFH
Due to contract expansion, we are recruiting a Technical Lead (EMEA) to support a global FM and building maintenance provider on one of their major blue-chip banking accounts.
Experience in delivering planned and reactive maintenance programmes in commercial and critical environments is essential.
This is a central function with no direct reports. Travel to 7 countries, as well as regional UK sites, will be required up to bi-monthly.
This role will be predominantly “work from home”, with 1 day per week spent in the central HQ in the City of London.
Accountabilities:
- Provision of technical guidance and support to Account Managers across the portfolio.
- Continuous review of the current operating solution and propose changes that would provide a more proactive and efficient operating model.
- Developing policy, strategy, and best practice to ensure EMEA / RBO locations are fit for purpose, of appropriate condition and functional suitability to support operational excellence.
- Risk management and Critical incident response across the infrastructure portfolio.
- Review of strategic maintenance planning function and creation of a new cyclical Life Cycle Replacement programme.
Experience and Requirements
- HNC Electrical / Mechanical
- 5 – 10 years of experience working in a Large Corporate Environment including mission-critical facility
- Formal Professional engineering qualification and membership in a relevant professional body.
- Excellent Stakeholder management skills and ability to present at Board level.
- Experience working with a few CAFM systems. (Concept / FMS)
