Technical Manager – Housebuilding

My client a boutique housebuilder based out of the Kent coast are currently on the lookout for a Technical Manager to join there team.

This is a great opportunity for a Technical Manager looking for a company in which they can grow and expand with, it being a smaller sized housebuilder allows the Technical Manager to have a voice and be an integral part of the Technical arm of the business.

My client are currently building up to 100 units per year with plans to increase this 5 fold in the next 3 years, providing a steady workflow and pipeline for the future as well as clear progression to Senior Positions.

Responsibilities

• Design Development
• Value Engineering
• Management of Consultants
• Respond to Site Queries

Experience

• Prior experience in a Technical Role (housebuilder)
• Degree/HNC in a Building related subject
• Proven track record within the Construction industry

Salary/Package

£65,000 – £80,000 plus package
