An Engineering Manager is required to deliver a building maintenance contract within a critical, commercial environment in Central London. Relevant high voltage qualifications and experience are essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior manager to join an established building services company on a high-profile contract.
Accountabilities:
- Working with the Account Manager to ensure PPMs and reactive maintenance are delivered in line with Service Level Agreements.
- Tracking contract KPIs to ensure successful service delivery, overseeing engineers’ performance.
- Acting as first point of contact for the client regarding any requests or issues.
- Providing financial and statistical reports to the Account Manager upon request.
- Supervision of all WIP, debt, P&L reports, and open orders.
- Planning and supervising sub-contractor visits and placing annual orders for new contracts.
- Overseeing and effectively implementing health and safety strategy across the site; ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Overseeing HV switching when required.
Experience and Requirements
- Relevant technical qualifications; preferably electrical, levels 2&3 City & Guilds.
- HV qualifications (AP15) and experience maintaining HV systems.
- Previous management/senior supervisory experience, preferably within a corporate/commercial environment.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within building services and facilities management.
