Job Title: Technical Services Manager
Salary/ Day Rate: Circa £300 p/day
Location: Regional (Central London & Sussex)
Company Description
My client is an award winning small/ medium sized fit out & refurbishment contractor, with a strong presence across Central London & home counties. The business predominantly cover the commercial, residential, hotel/leisure & education sectors (Projects varying between £1 million – £15 million).
Due to several significant successful tenders, the business now requires a Technical Services Manager, based between office & site. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TSM/ MEP Manager to join a business experiencing an exciting period of growth, while further progressing their career.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the “complete project lifecycle” (Including design/ preconstruction, delivery & commissioning/ aftercare).
- MEP design management & liaising with the project professional team
- Managing all M&E services trade contractors (Ensuring installation is delivered in accordance with specification).
- Coordinating the schedule of works, in accordance with master programme.
- Attending weekly/ monthly progress meetings.
- Following H&S/ quality protocol
Remuneration Package
- A highly competitive basic salary/ day rate (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
