Job
A Technical Supervisor (facilities management and building maintenance) is required in the Kensington area to deliver M&E maintenance to a high-end residential building for a Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm role. You will oversee two M&E Engineers and report directly to the Area Manager.
Accountabilities:
- Supervise the team of Maintenance Technicians, ensuring that standards and targets are achieved.
- Plan, schedule and agree daily/weekly workloads with the Area Manager.
- Ensure the team and contractors comply with all SHEQ policies and procedures.
- Supervise all planned and reactive maintenance activities.
- Carry out hands on M&E / Fabric maintenance across the building as and when required (Working/Hands on supervisor role).
Experience and Requirements
- City and Guilds qualified – Electrical Engineer
- 17th or 18th edition
- IOSH – desirable
- Substantial experience working within M&E building maintenance.
- Demonstrate experience & understanding of current Health & Safety.
- Experience in Supervisory role
- Good Customer relationship skills.
- Commercial and financial awareness in a client environment.
