Our client is an established building services provider; they deliver building maintenance contracts throughout the UK, to a portfolio of clients predominantly in the private sector. This includes commercial, retail, and high-end residential spaces as well as some industrial sites.
Job
A Technical Supervisor is required to lead the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance to commercial building in the City of London. Preferably electrically biased, you will supervise 2 engineers to ensure service level agreements and key performance indicators are being met and that compliance and health and safety indicators meet and exceed the client’s expectations. You will also provide technical support and act as point of contact for the client on site.
Accountabilities:
- Coordinating and implementing planned and reactive maintenance for the buildings.
- Ensure SLA’s and KPI’s are met and exceeded where possible.
- Supervising the engineers, providing technical support and guidance.
- Answer any queries or requests from the client in a helpful manner.
- Ensure health and safety compliance.
Experience and Requirements
- Electrical qualifications; C&G Electrical Installations levels 1, 2, and 3/HNC or equivalent.
- HVAP (AP15) status (either current or previously held) is a requirement.
- 3 years of supervisory experience.
- 5 years’ experience within building services maintenance.
- A client facing attitude.
