Job Title: Trainee M&E Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 basic salary (plus additional company benefits)

Company Description
My client is an independently owned MEP contractor, undertaking all aspects of mechanical, electrical & public health design/ installation services. The business are well renowned for delivering flagship commercial office, hotel/ leisure, residential & mixed-use developments across London and surrounding home counties.
Due to consistent growth, they are seeking a Trainee M&E Quantity Surveyor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior/ Trainee M&E Quantity Surveyor, to well renowned M&E contactor with an outlined a career progression path.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Responsible for the cost control throughout project lifecycle.
- Involvement during negotiation of final costs/ preliminary costing.
- Ensuring budgets/ financial milestones are achieved.
- Managing/ forecasting cash flow.
- Involvement with contract sum negotiations.
- Overseeing valuations & managing additional variation accounts.
- Valuation of all additional works (Including management/ drafting costs).
