Trend BMS Engineer

Trend BMS Engineer | West London – Acton | £40,000 – £50,000 + 15% bonus & Package

We are currently recruiting for a BMS Engineer to work on a static site in Acton, West London to support and maintain the Trend BMS System within a critical environment.

You will be working as part of a team across the business but will be the sole engineer on this site.

Responsibilities:

• You will perform complex maintenance and repairs on control systems, and develops SOWs for routine control systems projects
• Maintains and develops BMS control systems. Predominantly within the Trend environment.
• Participate in call out rota to take care of out of hours issues.
• Utilizes safe working practices at an experienced level (e.g. can apply procedure for lockout/tagout, can explain MSDS, etc.)
• Identifies and understands underlying issues; differentiates key elements from the irrelevant or trivial.

Package:

• £40,000 – £50,000 basic salary depending on experience
• 15% annual bonus

Requirements:

• Qualifications and experience: Electrical Engineering qualifications (full electrical apprenticeship or equivalent)
• Experience working with BMS control systems. Trend or Struxureware preferred.
• Experience working with BACNET and or Modbus.
• Experience working with RF Code desirable.
• Experience with mission critical environment is essential.
• Experience within the data centre environment preferred.
