Van Mobile Engineer – West / Central London
£43,000 plus Van & Fuel card
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
GH Engage are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work on a Van mobile basis for a leading UK based maintenance service provider in West & Central London. The role is covering several sites and you will be carrying out planned and preventative maintenance across the portfolio.
Ideally you will be have a City & Guilds either Electrical or Mechanical qualification – Level 2/3.
Duties & Responsibilities
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- Emergency Light Tests
- Fire Alarms
- Sprinkler Tests
- Ballast Changes
- Fault Finding
- Water Temperature Checks
- AHUs/FCUs
- Log Books

Qualifications & Experience
- City & Guilds Level 2/3 Electrical or Mechanical
- Experience working within a client-facing environment
- Building services maintenance experience
- Experience working on a Foot Mobile basis is preferred but not essential
