Contract Manager – Facilities Management

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Contract Manager to join a leading building services provider, overseeing the delivery of hard Facilities Management services at a prestigious commercial estate in the City of London.
This Contract Manager position will lead an established team of 12, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong client relationships and the efficient operation of a technically demanding commercial environment. You’ll oversee budgets, manage extra works and act as the senior escalation point for the contract, while driving operational performance and compliance.
The successful candidate will be electrically qualified (Level 5) and have previous experience leading engineering teams within the Facilities Management industry. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile commercial site in the City of London with genuine long-term career prospects.
Requirements
- Electrically qualified (Level 5 or equivalent)
- Previous Contract Manager, Technical Services Manager or Senior Engineering Manager experience
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing engineering teams within commercial environments
- Knowledge of budgeting, quotations and extra works
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance and health & safety
Salary & Benefits
- Up to £65,000
- Performance bonus (subject to client approval)
